It was another great week at Glendale! Second grade math homelinks came home on Thursday. Please do the homelink indicated in your child's planner daily. Leave the homelinks in your child's binder until the end of the unit, when I will collect the entire packet. The Read-A-Thon was a huge success and the team shirts looked great! Our first graders raised the most money per grade level in the school and have won a pizza party lunch. Parent/teacher conferences are underway and it is great to get a chance to sit down and talk with all of you. Picture re-takes will be Monday, October 17th. If you wish for your child to re-take their picture, please send the picture packet to school with them on Monday. Tuesday, October 18th is our day to "Be a kid against Bullying", students should wear orange to show support. Below you will find upcoming information on our fall harvest party.
