McColl Pond

We took a nature walk around McColl Pond on Tuesday.  We were scientists and used our 5 senses to observe nature around us.  The kids wrote nature poems using their notes and observations.  At the end we walked on the dock and the kids saw a turtle sitting on a rock.  They were overjoyed!
